Is there any risk of complications from the treatment?

Although complications are always possible, they are extremely rare with the UltraPulse® laser treatment, as the precision of the device is computer-controlled. Some possible complications are hypertrophic scarring, hypopigmentation or hyperpigmentation (light or dark patches) and viral or bacterial infection.
