Follicular Unit Transplant

His technique involves removing a strip of hair from the back of the head. It is by far the most prevalent approach in the world. The procedure is described in detail under the tabs: The Techniques / Hair / The Transplant Technique.

This approach produces the highest level of satisfaction with respect to the density of the transplanted hair mainly because we can use Multiple Follicular Unit Graft. However, in contrast to the FUE, it leaves a linear scar on the back of the head that will never be visible unless the head is completely shaved. On the other hand, the scar can be easily camouflaged with a small quantity of follicular units taken by the FUE method and micro-pigmentation.
